Upon purchase we installed
hardwood flooring in the living room, kitchen and family room areas. We
removed the false ceiling in the kitchen and installed a stamped
ceiling with new lighting. We installed a new furnace and central air
conditioning. |

This is a classic 1907-1908 Queen
Anne Victorian which previous owners have pretty much left in tact.
Still have the pocket doors, still has the original windows. Still has
the high ceiling and woodwork. Added air conditioning and a lot of
insulation in the attic and under the floor. |
