We are replacing all of the walls and ceilings in the
3 upstairs bedrooms, replacing the ceilings in the downstairs office
and kitchen, and we are repainting the entire interior of the house but
we are keeping all original molding in every room and just refinishing
it to give it back it's life. We are also refinishing the basement and
repaving the drive way and building a brand new garage

All of the old roofing material - in some places w/
over 10 layers of shingling! - was removed and a new roof added during
the fall of 2008 into Spring of 2009. This includes the torch-down
roofing over the kitchen, as well as the master bedroom.
