we are told by the previous owners that the Schilling family of Schilling spices built this house and the house next door as vacation homes. It's never been confirmed, but interesting.
This house has also been used as a sort of senior tenant home, then a lesbian couple lived here, then a gay couple...now a straight family... we think we have the first child that's ever lived in this house.
